Barratts Relaunch Online With Orbital Response

One of the UK’s best-known footwear brands is teaming up with fulfilment specialist Orbital Response as it gears up for its relaunch as an e-commerce store

Barratts Shoes has signed a significant deal with the firm, which is part of Menzies Distribution, to store and despatch its new product ranges to consumers throughout the country.
 
The famous shoe chain, which operated on the high-street for more than 100 years and had 400 shops, will launch its new online presence in April. Orbital Response will manage warehousing and distribution from its Rushden fulfilment site, as well as handling customer service queries through its contact centre in Ashford.

Barratts Shoes are expecting sales levels to reach over 100,000 orders per year across its footwear, accessories and luggage offering.
